ooooooof that's a tough pill to swallow for a mental lapse. but ya gotta pay to play. same happened to me a few years ago. went to get license. and buy new wading boots. they moved the boots from the fishing dept. to the sneaker dept. in the 20 mins it took to get the boots. it completely slipped my mind. my drrrp. luckily I only received a warning.
