Hulu Live vs YouTube TV - Which One Is Better in 2020

We have Hulu package and there rate just jumped on Jan 2021 which we are now previewing YouTubTV. No one talks about the one function that I cannot live without. Watch from the Beginning on Live. This is a Must that would have sealed the deal, but without this function YTTV is really a DISTANCE 2nd. I can't believe this is not talked about as the top comparo I searched the web, maybe I was missing something, and I did find, if you record live then jump over to the Library you will get the option. Well I tested it and no Watch from Start. If there is this function, please share... as it is not intuitive.

Why does Hulu even have ads on ANY of their subscription plans You’re already paying them money... they need ad revenue on top of it Hulu is the ONLY subscription service that I know of (atleast the more well known ones) that does this bs.
Not to mention their applications are buggy, subtitles are crap most of the time and aren’t synced right, the rewind and fast-forward function is garbage compared to Netflix’s.
I’ve used most streaming services out there and Hulu is by far the worst, Apple TV being the 2nd worst.
I wouldn’t use Hulu again if it only cost $5 a month.

Ever since Disney took over Hulu their service went way down the tubes. Hulu was much better then it is now. Their techs are so bad that they refuse to address the problems that should have already been addressed. Problems like their app crashing or audio will get extremely loud for no reason. These problems should have already have been fixed but these techs can’t even do a simple job and fix them why. Read my lips Disney sell Hulu to someone else who is willing to make Hulu a better service like It once was.

'm debating on witch one to get with the football / Basketball season approaching. I thought hulu has live sports I also do alot of traveling but would love to be able to watch my home town E.A.G.L.E.S. lol Any info or suggestions would be much appreciated please and thanks!

Slingtv is cheaper by far but for my experience it has continual service disruptions and shuts down too often without warning. not worth the $35 a month if the app shuts off, Ive had it shut down every 5 mins to every 45 mins.. whether it is on my xbox or tv or laptop.

The problem with Hulu Live is that every time I've used it the DVR was a bit goofy. Sometimes I'd DVR something and when watching it the show/movie would skip. I'd end up missing out on anywhere from seconds up to 3-5 mins of whatever I was watching.

What if you really HATE television with never ending fake news and marketing/ commercialism to get you to buy something, what would be the better choice when all you care about is sports, mainly basketball and the NBA

Hulu is terrible with nbc. Drops all the time. Plus I just updated my internet with T-Mobile home internet. After hours of frustration I find out Hulu is not compatible with T-Mobile. Not happy.

Why don't you tell us about hulu error code p-dev320 on Vizio smartcast... it's incredibly annoying and a deal breaker if I can't get it to stop.
