I followed you instructions I’m using Royalty2 have my user I’d username and password but when I click on Soplayer it seems like it’s loading to the next but I see the words Royaltv on the screen then it goes away and the app closes . What am I doing wrong

My remote control is voice operated and the tv remote control doesn't connect orcontrol to the fire stick ...= not able to do nothing in the settings as is not got option to click on it
