Why do you say the iPhone won't work with the Fire TV I got the Apple Airplay & home kit added to the Display & Sounds on my Fire TV and I was able to screen mirror my iPhone without downloading any app. I'm a little bit confused. Either way, this will help me if I want to do it on my fire stick. Great video

This only worked if my phone is held vertically. As soon as I try to view horizontal so that it fills up my TV, the whole thing just goes black. Several times it seemed to quit screen mirroring and I had to go back to my control panel and restart it on my phone. Doesn't work for me really.
