I like the authenticity to look at this in a big picture sense. Some people do this for entertainment. You do this to educate. Some people critique because it doesn't fit their hypertrophy narrative. You understand there are different variables, training methods, goals. Too many people view workouts from purely a bodybuilding aspect. The reality is we do not know what each person's own goals are and the full picture of their training workout/plan

I love AthleanX, unfortunately this shift to use awful distracting background music, is resulting in my never watching the entire video. Your voice is good enough Jeff. He’s got a dysfunctional laborious gait. It may look macho & cool, but is inefficient. The Rock is an overgrown sellout & is associated with Oprah. He needs to shut his mouth politically. Thanks to his ex wife who supported him when had zero, otherwise he wouldn’t be where he is today.

Something I hope you will explain. When he walks, it looks like his legs are on the side of his body not under it. Actually, I have the same feeling or thing, especially after I use Raw and an elliptical machine (with heavy weight and long duration. (respect from Austria)

I’m an old dude with strong legs too. You got a warm up. You can’t go all the way deep with both legs. One legged leg presses are great because you can get a full stretch without hurting your knees. And lunges pushing backwards, not walking forward, are a must.

I don't like leg presses because you don't use any stabilizing muscles and it's just a press on a machine and digital Glides and it's really not that hard. Last time I was on a leg press I felt a pinch between my ribs and my stomach and that hurt

I did the vertical press once at one of my old gyms. I did not like it granted I admit I was not maxing out, but it did not feel natural to me. I agree my SI Joint felt weird after doing it. But nothing series.

I think his little leg press thing is just a warm up or something I also feel like sometimes people work out slightly differently when they're on camera
