Starter doing this conditioning workout after a while and man it's intense. Started with two rounds (8 minutes, the following week three rounds (12 minutes, and last week 4 rounds (16 minutes. Looking to see if I can reach 5 rounds (20 minutes. But round 4 I was sweating. The jumping star press is the hard one for me. But overall this is better than an elliptical. Trust me, newcomers of Athlean-X these burst conditioning workouts are crazy intense.

Honestly have been trying for months but can't do the push ups. I am usually 10 seconds short (of consistent no pause workout) and its all downhill from there
Which is why I try doing this once every week (I do other types of training too) and will until I find it -easy-. Hope that happens some day

30 sec Kettlebell alternative swings.
30 sec kettlebell skier hops.
30 sec Kettlebell sunrise sunset, half each direction.
30 sec Starjump pushup
30 sec Twisting pistons, alternating directions
30 sec Running mountain climbers
30 sec Medicine ball burpee press
30 sec Jump rope

as long as it doesn't feel like the end of an ab exercise (that feeling like your stomach is being crushed and you're going to vomit) I'll do 10 minutes of this

Yeah This guy is great listen to his science based knowledge and advice if your a beginner or advanced! great explanation and theory on how to build muscle /lose fat for all men!

My wrist was broken a year ago and I-m not up to particular workouts but you always incorporate so many workouts it-s not hard to find the right workout for what I need. Thank you

Just revisited this bastard of a workout for the first time in about 9 years. Completely forgot that the name is 100% fitting. No barbell can put that much battery acid in my muscles

Didn't pay good enough attention to instructions, did first round in full minutes, KILLER WORKOUT.
Did third round correctly, still a KILLER at that point.
