Borrow a neighbor's?
Yup, and someone is bound to ask somethin like, - What if you're homeless? -.
There are so many possibilities: any wall, any where, any tree (especially if there hasn't snowed, but even then one can build mental strength! Any cell, jail or psychiatric! Any soup kitchen! The exhausted and overwhelmed case manager's office! There's no excuse to get your workout in.
JDC! all kidding aside. you the best. Have to try this one: -)

-TheFern91 Depends how far into training you are, if you are a beginner then maybe it would overtrain. But i would dedicate one day to do full body weight exercises like this, squat thrusts, press ups, chin ups etc. For example for me monday is chest, abs and biceps tuesday back shoulders and triceps. wednesday is rest day. thursday same as monday and friday same as tuesday. Maybe saturday i would incorporate this exercise into a circuit of bodyweight exercises.

-Stingeralt10 Not sure if you read the email that Jeff sent out with this video yesterday, but in it he said that he would be providing the -Empty Room Challenge- to his current Team AthLEAN members as a way of saying thanks for the support. Hang tight. it's on the way!

-G00n3r4Life Thanks. I am going to try this today, lets say I do about 3, 4, 5 sets till failure should I do anything else after that like tricep extensions etc. or would that cause me to overtrain?
Excluding any outside factors like calories etc,
Fern

-TheFern91 Do it to failure, its not a competition, do as many as you can do, have a minutes rest then do another set till failure, 3, 4 or 5 sets total. and the next time you workout improve on your reps.

9 weeks through the athlean-x program and the doctor says i wont be fully recovered for 2 months.

hello, I have only one question. -
I've watched your video on exercises to improve posture(lower back bodyweight exercises. this type of exercise can also work out lower back that way!

This workout looks good but it builds more muscle definition than muscle mass according to me, since it is a well-known fact that to build mass, large weights have to be applied.
