I love your videos especially because your works out cater to athletes not just bodybuilders. I haven't seen any baseball work outs though. Do you think you could post a baseball specific routine?

Ha! right. I can just see getting chased off the football field by an angry grounds keeper because you're tearing the crap out of his nicely groomed field. On the other hand, I've seen high school football fields look in much worse shape than the one in the video.

I guess I miss heard the directions on that Captain America work out, I weigh 165, been using the 45 lbs plate and doing 4 rounds instead of 2. Is that too much, and how many times a week should one do this

Hi Jeff. I weigh between 160-170. Should I be doing maybe 35 or 40? Just curious since I'm in that mid range between the two weights. Thanks, Mike

This exposes a pretty obvious imbalance of his abs/hips with the difference in distance the plate was thrown. Great job Jeff!
