the main reason people can see their abs is not so much that they cannot eat less calories, is because they are afraid of looking anorexic once they reach a bf% low enough to see abs, they stop their diets way before because they hate looking skinny, most people underestimate how much fay they have, unlesa you have plenty of muscle you will look like shit once u reach legit 10% bf, is a mental problem rather than physical, areu willing to. stop giving a fuk, and just get skinjy ripped, and. work from there?

Jeff, I was wondering If you would be able to tell me if it's ok to wait 3 days to work the same muscles groups you did at the start of the week? So. hypothetical situation using my average workout week as an example, If I did chest, triceps and abs Monday, then did Back, Bi's and abs Wednesday, Could I do Chest, shoulders and abs Friday? P. S I don't do legs in the gym as I do my leg workouts outside when i do Parkour! You should check it out it's awesome and a great workout for body weight! :)

yeah I agree, Mike is for more of beginners, just getting into weightlifting. But i don't understand some of what you said, mainly -not unlikely with the help of steroids- You saying he's on steroids possibly? Because he deff has a natural physique. He actually does work hard you can't say he doesnt if you watch his videos, and if you go back and watch old ones, his pecks are getting smaller haha so he may be slacking in the chest depo. But deff a natural physique, a lot of his size is fat also.

here's the deal, jeff. i know you rarely respond here, but if you want my money (and im serious about signing up with you) i need an answer to this:
im an ectomorph, im 6 feet, 185 and about 9% bf, and i want to know how long it will take for me to get something approximating your body using your program.
i figure for that to happen i need to add at least 15 pounds of muscle and get down 6-7% bf.
i can i do that on your program?

Justo, you don't need a lot of equipment to use the AthLEAN-X Training System. Go take a look at the web site and take note of my testimonial. You're seeing my abs in my avatar, so you can see what can be done with Jeff's program and I'm now 64 years old. Exercise ball, pull-up bar, some bands and dumbbells is all you need to start being in the BEST shape of your life. An inexpensive bench is great but not absolutely necessary.

Following this abs guide -suza great plan- (Google it) helped me gain Six pack abs. Getting six pack abs is a lot easier if you are in good physical shape and you use some of the guide-s special methods. You could certainly look nice with 6-pack abs, providing you more self-confidence. Apart from this there-s no relation between six-pack abs and your over-all mental and physical well-being.

This abs guide -suza great plan- (Google it) is worth a try for guys who would like to get six pack abs but have not accomplished the goal right after attempting many techniques. I simply did the same workout routines day by day and this was why I got Six pack abs right after follow this plan. Among the useful parts of this book is the 13 Ab plans section.

i can agree with that. I was trying to figure out if you were one of the people who thinks they are destined to not have abs but didn't have everything else in place and a total lack of knowledge on losing fat, or the person who's has a unique structure to their abs. The most irrelevant thing here is your hostility actually btw. have a great day!

You're not too far off. Jeff has stated that he's 5'10 160 with 4% body fat. You should be able to get down to 6% BF with ease. As for adding the muscle, if you train hard you'll pack it on. When I did AX1 I went from 20% BF to 10% and stayed the same weight (which means I added a ton of muscle. It works, but you have to do the work.
