Back workout at home - Inverted Rows - Follow Along Wanting a strong, toned and shapely back? Then try incorporating this movement in this workout into your training. Strength if your back not only has aesthetic advantages, it is key to improving other movements and abilities such as pull ups, core stability, posture and simply being able to carry out daily tasks with less chance of injury. There are two main types of ways to train back: vertical and horizontal pulls. This video is focusing on the horizontal aspect. There are many ways to train the back muscles and many variations of -the row- such as bent over row, seated calve row, rowing and renegade row. This is a quick tutorial and workout for inverted row allowing beginners, intermediates and advanced to follow along to! Inverted row is an amazing movement as it can be performed many ways and can be changed through tempo, percentage of bodyweight being lifted, hand and width position. Inverted row is also a great way for anyone with tight lower back to successfully work their back without putting themselves in a position such as bent over row with can sometimes have a negative effect. The inverted row will primarily hit all of your upper back muscles and biceps secondary. Your grip strength will also be challenged here so a tough challenge on those forearms!
