Subscribe to my YouTube Fitness Channel here: Ultimate Intense Abs and Glutes Workout in under 30 minutes with no equipment. Follow along with me. Take 30 minutes of time to follow along to this ab and glute workout and you will be glad you did! We are going to work through movements to work your entire core, glutes all angles and hamstrings. No weighted equipment, just a mat and a small space. Each exercise is 30 seconds each. Once complete it-s straight onto the next! The first 6 minutes are solely core and abs, followed by 14 minutes of glute focus and finishing with 7 minutes core and abs again. Please ensure you adapt this workout to your level as are all different! Simply bend at knee and don-t come down to floor as far to reduce difficulty. And remember -mind to muscle- connection throughout as you are trying to squeeze your core or glute muscles with every single rep!

Hey Caroline, that was awesome, thank you! I just wanted to ask about the -leg lower- exercise, whether it is ok to do them slower, since I can't do them quick while keeping my integrity and my lower back safe or if I should just lower them half way instead? Also is there a way to build towars the -elbow crossover lower-, since I can't quite do that yet either: ) Thank you so much!

I just found you. At 73, with exercise experience, I was able to do almost all of it. My neck strength is weak, but I will join you again. Great music helped me stay focused and the bell helped me stay with you. Thank you.

It was short and effective I could feel the burn in my stomach and thigh ass area I burnt 200 active cal and 243 total cal
