Subscribe to my Channel here: Back session? Band? Absolutely! This resistance band workout really got tough towards the end! A combination of 5 exercises all targeting back and biceps. With each movement focusing on the squeeze, slowing of the eccentric movement and control throughout will maximise tension to muscles. We will be targeting the middle and upper back muscles primarily but it is the biceps where you feel that burn! Each exercise is performed for 40 seconds and 10 seconds rest and repeated 3 times then onto the next exercise. Bent over row Seated row Lat pull down Lat push down Bicep curls This workout will take 15 minutes in total. Enjoy everyone!

Hi Caroline, I love your resistance band workouts! I stared this week and I've followed a different resistance band workout of you everyday. I was wondering if you could reccommend a week schedule with the bands?
I've come up with:
Monday: Upper body
Tuesday: Glutes Booty
Wednesday: Legs workout
Thursday: Back & biceps
Friday: Shoulders
Saturday: Abs & glutes
Sunday: Rest day
But you have so much more! I don't know which ones to choose.
Can you please help?
ps. I'm a mom of a one year old son, wanting to get back in shape and loose the babyweight (25 kg.

I really loved this! Was great to change things up a bit using the band. I added this to Epic Heat Annihilated Arms and it was perfect! I loved it so much I did it twice! I love how I-ve been able to explore your other workouts as add-ons during Epic Heat! Thank you Caroline! -

I love her workouts. Her demonstrations of the exercises are fantastic. I am 71 and use to lift weights at the gym. Since Covin my muscles have shrink and I am not as strong as I was. So I find her exercises are great for all aged. Please keep up the good work.

Hey Caroline great instruction and really effective workout. Would have like to see more bicep sets but I just repeated the bicep portion instead to get the work in. Thank you for sharing your practice.

Since our gyms have closed I've been using long bands. I have over 25 yrs of amateur bodybuilding & lifting. This is a good intense/short workout. Loved it!
