45 Min DUMBBELL LEG WORKOUT at Home - Legs & Glutes with Dumbbells - Caroline Girvan

This leg workout with dumbbells is just under 45 minutes in total and will totally work your entire lower body! Your quads, hamstrings, glutes and core will be tested! Each exercise is performed for 30 seconds with 30 seconds rest for 4 sets before we move onto the next. There are 10 exercises plus burnout squats at the end! For your reference, I am using 2 x 20kg dumbbells. If you have access to only lighter weights than you may like, simply do more reps per 30 seconds! And even don-t bring hips fully in at top of squats and also don-t come to the top in lunges! - This will definitely intensify it! Even though this is a legs workout with dumbbells as demonstrated, you can use kettlebells or filled water bottles! UNEVEN SQUATS HIGH SQUATS SUMO SQUATS PLI- SQUATS LUNGES UNEVEN LUNGES ROMANIAN DEADLIFTS SUMO SQUAT DEADLIFT GLUTE BRIDGE SLOW KNEELING SQUAT To finish: 30 seconds sumo squats 30 seconds close stance squats

Im a 40 year a old male. I started running last year July and never did any core training or any training on my off days at all. I got myself a dumbell set today and came across this vid. I completed it using 10kg dumbells and BOY oh BOY was this a workout and a half. Thanks, all the way from Cape Town South Africa

I came here for me, I'm doing this workout for myself and nobody else. I'm the one lifting the weights, I'm the one sweating and feeling the pain BUT. I'M SO GRATEFUL FOR YOU AND GUIDING ME ALONG THE WAY XOXO

I did this workout yesterday and I-m still having difficulty walking our going up /down stairs, any suggestions to help with soreness? Should I work out legs tomorrow? Please help. -

I loved this workout! There-s only one thing I have a question about- the kneeling squats I only feel in my lower back. How do I fix my form?

this is such a fun workout it didn't feel like 45mins! i thought i had the playback speed on 1. 5x but nope! i was just having fun!
