This follow along workout is a lower abdominal at home workout to tighten and strengthen your lower tummy. In order to strengthen your core and abdominal muscles you should include many different exercises such as full body movements, compound lifts and isolating exercises. The exercises for this ab workout are as follows for 30 seconds of each continually. Every other 30 seconds, we will be performing reverse crunches! There is no rest period REVERSE CRUNCH TOE TAPS REVERSE CRUNCH LEG OPENER REVERSE CRUNCH TUCK TO EXTENSION (on elbows) REVERSE CRUNCH WINDMILLS (on elbows) REVERSE CRUNCH X OVER LEG LOWERS (on elbows) REVERSE CRUNCH TUCK TO EXTENSION REVERSE CRUNCH ALTERNATING LEG LOWER REVERSE CRUNCH SINGLE LEG LOWER TO ABDUCTION REVERSE CRUNCH SINGLE LEG LOWER TO ABDUCTION REVERSE CRUNCH DOUBLE LEG LOWER SLOW REVERSE CRUNCH Please ensure you adapt this lower abs workout to your level as we are all different! Simply bend at knee and don-t come down to floor as far to reduce difficulty. Enjoy!

Sentimental towards this video as it is how I first found Caroline and her workouts. I remember thinking- wow, finally someone who is challenging me. Since then Caroline has been part of my every day- adding joy and excitement to every workout. Not only is Caroline super talented, she is beautiful, fit and her workouts and tips are fun and challenging. Not to leave out that her tips are actually super helpful and not self evident. Thank you Caroline for all you bring us! Words cannot express how thankful your community is!

I'll jave to try this again some other time I just can't do it it's not that it hurts because I literally can't even get my self to go long enough for it to hurt I don't have a mat or anything so I just slide and I just get ro frustrated from trying not to slide

That burn is immense, see this was an optional extra you after Epic Heat Day 11. Decided to complete after Epic Heat Day 10. Amazing thank you Caroline. Will probably complete again tomorrow hopefully after Epic Heat Day 11.

This was tough and many pauses were needed, but I'm glad I did it. Also definitely feeling progress in my stamina, even if its small steps at the moment.

almost removed this from my workout list because of the reverse crunch- but i could feel my abs immediately in the same day, definitely gon keep doing this

This workout is wack asf half the workout is just a reverse crunch doesn-t even get close to giving me an -intense workout- such a disappointment

I've done many a 10-minute ab routine in my day, and I have to say, this was one exceptionally effective. Nicely done.
