I struggled with home exercise during lockdown, fell off the wagon to many times to count and only discovered your videos a about a month or so ago. how I wish I found these earlier, I simply love it! its so hard I want to cry sometimes but I truly love your videos and the flexibility of those 10 - 15 minute hardcore exercises for us ladies with hectic work and life schedules, cannot believe I can actually fit in a class before work meetings in the morning. its awesome! .Please dont stop making videos.

Thank you for your positive energy and amazing workouts! I have a lot of trouble with inflammation in my achilles tendons and I've done this workout twice now and I can feel the difference already. You're the only one who has a guided workout for calves and I hope you will make others similar to this one!
My goal is to be able to do this workout without pausing the tv and more than once a week.

I am not even going to comment on the difficulty level of this workout because, I am shaking right now. But I wanted to ask: how do you keep your knees so clean and un-bruised? Mine have become dark. Any ideas?

I usually don't focus on calves as much. Something around 10 minutes. so these 30 minutes I felt like I will lose toes and calves but it was a good pain ofc. Love how I feel during and after it
