This abs workout is a challenge! It will focus on the upper and lower abs for 15 minutes with about 5 seconds rest between each exercise so becomes very tough! This ab workout can be done anywhere. all you need is a mat and some determination! Try to relax, hug knees in at any point needed and if you see me stop for a second, that doesn-t mean you should! - We will focus on upper abs with the first 4 exercises and we repeat this. Then onto lower abs, again repeating this set. And to finish is upper and lower combined movements where we repeat this also! CRUNCH KNEE TO FOOT REACH PULSE CRUNCH TABLETOP CRUNCH HANDS CLASP TABLETOP CRUNCH ARM PULSE X 5 TUCK TO LEG OPENER TOE TAP TO HOLLOW LEG LOWER TO ALTERNATING 3 POINT TAP TABLE TOP ALTERNATING EXTENSION STRAIGHT LEG TOE REACH TO HOLLOW OPPOSITE HAND TO FOOT TO HOLLOW Of course, as with all ab and core exercises, modify as you normally would! I-m particular, the lower ab section simply bent at knee, perform single leg lowers, or only lower to where you are comfortable! Happy training and

This is still one of the best core workouts! And yes it is possible to notice a difference after just one day. It fully works the muscles that pull the abdomen inward. Can you please, please, please create another Rectus Abdominis Workout? Maybe with a resistance band or small ball.

Been doing this twice through, twice a week, for about a month and a half and my abs have become so much stronger! I have much more control and less shakiness when doing hollows than when I began. I've also noticed my stomach area is much firmer. Thanks Caroline!

Ohhhhh. I've been looking through your videos trying to find an abs workout that won't kill me or my back and I think I finally found it. Thanks for this video! I will be using this as an add-on later in the week!

Honestly this is killer! The middle section destroys me! I-ve been starting in the middle to end and then to the beginning but still to fully complete it properly - love this workout but hate it too haha!

i dont have to go to the gym ever again. 1 hour work out and i always came home so tired and it was much less effective than this. thank you so much Craoline. you rock!

Done! I think the only reason this wasn-t more painful was because I was already pumped full of endorphins from EPIC Heat Day 40. still challenging though!

Done after Calisthenics Day 5. this time it was _seriously_ painful. - Much grit and determination was needed, as well as a few breaks in the later stages.
