Dear Caroline - my favorite thing about your journey is seeing how sweet and cute and a little nervous you always used to be in front of the camera back in the early days of your youtbue career. Nowadays, your confident and so smooth and professional in front of the camera, and I'm loving observing your journey unfold. but please never forget the sweet innocent ANGEL you are inside no matter how much of a tough cookie super stardom makes you. I know your goal isn't to be a CELEB as such, but your notoriety will come with certain expectations from your audience which may alter how you appear in public. Just remember to always keep your provate life fiercely private no matter how much attention you get. You're the type of beautiful soul who needs protecting from the ugly side of fame. Not to say you can'; t handle your own - i know you can and will. Just dont wanna see the internet hurting you ever. I love you Caroline. love Aimee Stuart

Thanks Caroline for providing these challenging workouts. I burned a lot of calories and worked very hard so thanks! With this one, it was almost exclusively working the anterior chain. For a full body workout it would be good to include 50% posterior chain exercises. As you know I'm sure, most folks never work their backside and are hunched over and sitting most of the day. Also it would be nice to include a link to a 5 minute stretch or include a 5 min stretch in a 1 hour workout. It's nice if your stretches address the areas that were worked the most.

I was already finished in the first 15 minutes. I really don't know how you do it. You are truly a machine. Big ups to you. My arms are so weak, I was dying trying to lift myself up in most of the arms workouts. I am now done with this series. On Monday I will start Beginner EPIC series. Hopefully after I will have built some strength to start the Advanced EPIC. You are the best and really inspirational. Love from South Africa.

Aaaamazing! You're workouts are simple but so good! I tend to enjoy more cardio based workouts as I am a runner but lately have been trying more weighted and body weight workouts. It has been a bit of an adjustment as I am used to finishing a workout with a high heart rate and out of breath. But this one was a good in between and one that I could do even with a pulled calf muscle. Thank you so much for your workouts Caroline!

Hi dear Caroline!
After some inconvenience with the way I was feeding myself the last months, my metabolism has been very low and weak. But now he's going more and more efficient, and thank to your workouts (especially this one, you're the very first person that make me get sweety again!
Thank you so much for your work and energy you put in your videos!
Wish you all the best; )

I LAUGHED so HARD when the bridge jump came on screen. Like you want me to do WHAT? 40 min into the video? I literally paused the video to laugh and write this comment haha
But Im going to do it, obviously, because Caroline just smiled at me with her eyes and I KNOW other people must grin back as they lie like a warrior in a pool of sweat. Love it!

Definitely feel fatigued after that workout but also super energised to start my day! ---
It was as if you were looking through the screen checking up on me at the end when you came forward and looked closely ( caught me slowing down ---)
Another great all over body workout - Thank you Caroline -

I have just finished the 5 x 1 hour workout series today and I feel so grateful for all your work. I felt I needed to come back here to thank you as well for this Strong & Lean Series that I completed a little earlier. Thank you so so much for creating and sharing such amazing content!

Hardest I've ever pushed myself. I did THAT! Finished all days. Had a rest day in between and only did 30min one day and did the rest the next but damn what an accomplishment for me. I'm now able to do 6 push-ups where a month ago I couldn't do one. --

Didn-t like these repeating exercises at all. My shins feel like they-re the only things that got strengthened this time around. I love your workouts but this one just got me annoyed more than anything.
