20 minutes dumbbell fun! Full body, high intensity workout to get you sweaty! The dumbbells I am using for your reference as 6kg each. Be cautious of faster paced movements with dumbbells. If you have only access to heavier dumbbells, ensure you go at a pace to suit your ability and ensure correct form. don-t compensate form for reps! Timer will be on 30 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest throughout! - CLEAN - CLEAN TO SQUAT - SQUAT - PRESS - SQUAT TO PRESS - FORWARD LUNGE (one side) - FORWARD LUNGE (switch) - ALTERNATING ROWS - PUSH UPS - RENEGADE ROWS - SNATCH TO PUSH UP (same side) - SNATCH TO PUSH UP (switch) - CLEAN TO PRESS (one side) - UNEVEN SQUAT (same side) - SQUAT TO PRESS (same side) - UNEVEN LUNGE (same side) - CLEAN TO PRESS (switch side) - UNEVEN SQUAT (same side) - SQUAT TO PRESS (same side) - UNEVEN LUNGE (same side) - SINGLE LEG REVERSE LUNGE - SINGLE LEG REVERSE LUNGE (switch) - ALT REVERSE LUNGES - STAGGER RDL TO CURL TO PRESS - STAGGER RDL TO CURL TO PRESS (opp) - KNEELING TO ALT LEG SQUAT - CLOSE SQUAT TO CLEAN TO PRESS - RDL TO CLEAN TO SQUAT This high intensity requires control and precise movements whilst flowing through the movements. Absolutely love you Caroline. This was my first workout of yours and it's my fave. keep coming back to it. I've told so many of my mummy friends about your workouts because they are just the right length of time where the kids will leave me alone and involve a bit of everything. I can see changes in my body already after just a few weeks - and I haven't even been that consistent. Brilliant stuff CG x

Caroline you are fireeeeee! had a really shitty week. today woke up, went for a bike ride (yes, it is very cold in UK in Jan but who cares. and then i did your workout! and even though I am not a fan of HIT, I loved every second! Feel so much better x

I love this workout, most of Caroline's HIIT (who am I kidding 99. 99% of them) are beyond me right now. This is really tough but I can do it. makes me wonder what the point of doing HIIT without dumbbells is!

Great 30 minute full body workout. This got my muscles moving and calories burning. There was a perfect combination of legs and arms, making one feel like they worked their whole body.

Body Challenge D-2/08/12/2021. Great work-out with lots of sweat followed by 20 min- FULL BODY WORKOUT with dumbbells. I feel refreshed and confident! Stay strong! NEVER GIVE UP!
