15 Min DUMBBELL ABS WORKOUT at Home - Follow Along No Repeat - Caroline Girvan

This no repeat, dumbbell abs workout is a targeted routine for the abdominal muscles and core with just one dumbbell! The weight you use is completely up to you, though I recommend not too heavy so that you can focus on lifting solely with the abdominal muscles. The abs workout with dumbbells is 50 seconds of each exercise, with 10 seconds to get ready for the next exercise. There are 15 exercises in total! You will simply need 1 dumbbell and a mat. STRAIGHT ARM CRUNCH TOE REACH CRUNCH CRUNCH PULSES BUTTERFLY CRUNCH SIDE REACH CRUNCH SIDE REACH CRUNCH TUCK TO HOLLOW TUCK TO V SIT LEG WIPERS OVER DUMBBELL PASS THROUGH SLOW SIT UP SIT UP TO ALT WOODCHOPPER OPPOSITE HAND TO FOOT REACH OPPOSITE HAND TO FOOT REACH REVERSE CRUNCH TO HOLLOW Please remember to adapt exercises to your ability. Here are some adaptations to make to exercise if you would like to make them that little bit easier. During leg lowers and hollows, bend knees and/or lower legs not so far down During V sit, simply keep feet on mat or raise one leg at a time. If you tend to feel strain in your neck when performing crunches try looking at point in ceiling high and in front and think about lifting your upper back off floor with just tour upper ab muscles. Take it slow and controlled. Otherwise you can drop the dumbbell and place hands behind head to provide extra support. Every movement in this ab workout should be slow and controlled. the slower, the better!

Every time before I did a work out I would read the comments under the video to see if people got results or not even though I knew that it was different for everybody else. Reading people-s results motivated me and made me want to do it but this time I just clicked the video I just went with it when it said done I was surprised and I-m a person who finds it really hard to finish work out sometimes I would skip a few ones actually and do like three moves or some thing and I wouldnt get the results I wanted to get and I would get upsetfor not getting any results even though it makes sense for me to not get any. But this time like I said I was completely shocked when I was done with it it was so quick it felt so quick but I-m sweating a lot I think that-s a good thing. Try it.

Hey everyone. I just want to let you know tht I lose 4 and half kgs in a month with these kind of workout only in evening. it really works. just focus on your diet and do only half an hour dumble exercise in evening time. I dont even have dumbles. I use water bottles of 1 and half litres and 5 litres. Nothing is impossible. plz do it for your good health. You not going get life again. It is your only life.

I love you and your videos so much! As a college runner, I have been struggling with gaining weight and strength, as well as ammenorhea, but your videos have helped teach me helpful nutrition and strength tips that I can use to help build up my muscles.

I'm 69 years old and I've been doing hand weight exercises (4. 5 kg each, about 10 lbs) three times a week but it's only the third time I've been doing these as well. Finding it hard but getting easier each time, partly getting used to the right form. Roll on the abs!

Couldn-t do the move at 6: 30 so switched it up for some normal crunches ( they really work my abs) but I loved that workout. It-s my first week strength training and I-m on Tuesday abs and cardio of my split

I have toggled through several dumbbell ab workouts, even ones longer than this one, but none of them give me that feel-good burn and challenge like this one does. It's my favourite!

I-m dying and I was only lifting a 3kg (btw I-m only 12 and my back has been sore forever so I never done much workouts)

I am from south India where my diet is not in perfect way. Will it work for me if I do this exercise on daily basis.
