Upper Body Workout with Dumbbells at Home in 10 Minutes! Grab your dumbbells and a mat and let-s go! We will be working our back, chest, shoulders, triceps and biceps with slow and controlled movements throughout! The exercises are performed for 40 seconds, with 20 seconds rest before we begin next exercise! BENT OVER ROW (hold top for 2 seconds) SUPINE ROW (hold at top for 2 seconds) SHOULDER PRESS TO IN 45 DEG RAISE ALTERNATING CURLS CHEST PRESS (palms away to facing) TRICEP PRESS (with 1 pulse) FLYES PULLOVER ALTERNATING REAR FLYES Finisher: SINGLE ARM ROW (switch arm at 20 seconds) The weight I am using is 2 x 8kg dumbbells. Please ensure you fully warm up before beginning

I cant thank you enough my arms are changing ive incorporated them into my gym sessions also, I actually look like i know what im doing - even one of the PT in my gym to whom I haven't seen since before lockdown has commented how good im looking, and thats thanks to you xxx

Just wanted to pop in and say how much these videos have helped me keep enjoying exercising and keep getting stronger! I started weight training about a year ago, primarily following Caroline's videos. I've gone from 8 lbs weights to just starting with 12 lbs today! It's so exciting to see my progress and I'm so grateful for Caroline's guidance. -

This was so easy (not really lol) & simple to follow. Thank you so much for creating this, I was looking all over for upper body work out with just weights but I didn't resonate with the others like I did yours. I appreciate the stretch's at the end as well. I needed those!

Just started your Epic series this week. Challenging and tough but feel so good after I'm done. I've been lifting for many years but never felt wonderful like I do after your workouts. I only go to the gym a few times a week now. I have a lunch date with you.

Great workout! Great form! I'd prefer to have an all-standing arms workout because it is too venue-specific to lay down. I usually do my arms workout in my wild garden: )
