This is a 15 minute follow along lower body kettlebell workout to target your quads, hamstrings, glutes and core! You can use 1 kettlebell like I am (16kg for your reference) or 2 kettlebells or dumbbells! The exercises are performed for 40 seconds with 20 seconds rest to get ready for next exercise! GOBLET SQUAT SUMO SQUAT PASS THROUGH LUNGE PASS THROUGH LUNGE UNEVEN LUNGE UNEVEN LUNGE CURTSEY LUNGE CURTSEY LUNGE ALTERNATING ARM SWING STAGGERED ROMANIAN DEADLIFT STAGGERED ROMANIAN DEADLIFT SWING TO SQUAT ROMANIAN DEADLIFT ALTERNATING LATERAL LUNGE KETTLEBELL SWING Take each movement slow and controlled throughout and make sure back is flat, push bum back and shoulder blade together for all swings and deadlifts!

omg. Today was the first time I could get through without modification. I LOVE these 15 min workouts! I vacillate between total, upper and lower during the week and do total body on Saturdays, Sunday OFF; )
When I get to the deadlifts I raise the weight to 45 but for everything else I'm at 20lbs. Instead of increasing time I'm just going to increase weights when/if it ever gets easy: ) I don't know how you do it without gloves. I was getting calluses after week 2! Gloves made all the difference.

These are SO GOOD! I do switch up kb weights, but i love how easy these are to modify and follow along with. Girvan; it's been 3 months of working out with you and its worth every drop of sweat! YOU ROCK!

I tried it by adding workouts for the pauses: jumping jacks, burpees, running on the spot. It really kept my heart rate high!

Love how you are smiling while doing each move! Love this workout which gets the muscles a nice burn and it's not fast.

I'm doing this 2x a week with another lower body work out. And abs and arm work out. 2 muscle groups a day. 4x a week

I love this. I-m not a huge fan of the high-pitched music. I love the beat yet not the vocals. Workout is spectacular
