This is a 1 hour full body workout! No repeat! No equipment! No jumping! Let-s smash this! This real time workout is a combination of 60 exercises to work every muscle group including quads, hamstrings, glutes, core, abs, back, chest, shoulders and arms! Using our own bodyweight as resistance, we will be hitting our entire lower body. Also working on balance, co-ordination and mind to muscle connection such as side lifts and rear leg lifts. No sports equipment needed but you will need a mat or elbow friendly surface. Each exercise is performed for 50 seconds, 10 seconds to then get ready for next exercise! Once we complete one round, you are done!

This is no joke and a seriously great routine! I am just beginning to get back into fitness and challenged myself to do 15 minutes and lemme tell you. WHEW! This is for the weak who want to get strong! A great workout which doesn't give me a headache. I challenge you!

I am losing motivation slowly but i am trying my very best to get back into fitness and this workout really helped me to motivate myself. THIS WORKOUT WAS AMAZING

We all live this life on our own. Do this alone. I don't know just some motivations for me cuz i finished this whole thing with that in mind.

I-m just an ordinary woman. Give us an ordinary push-up. Maybe you could even do them on your knees. That would motivate the ordinary women.
