Join me for an intense targeted core and abs workout routine as we work through 10 of my favourite ab and core movements! Please remember. ab specific workouts will not reduce fat from the tummy area. Ab and core workouts strengthen the entire core and allow for improved definition depending on body fat levels and where fat is stored. We will be working through this ab workout at a slow and controlled pace even though we will be doing 50 reps of each exercise. All you need is a mat! The timer will NOT be on. simply join me at my pace or of course your own if you prefer! I'm on the final week of the EPIC problem. I initially wrote this video off. Sure I felt tired, but I was rather bored counting to fifty, didn't really feel challenged, and didn't get that -burn- I was getting from other exercises. I didn't really feel like I earned anything and that I had wasted my time on a -500 rep- gimmick. It's the next day, and I am struggling to stand up straight! My abs are so sore and I feel a very satisfying tightness across the whole abdominal. Everything feels worked over. Very impressed!

It has been almost two months I Have been watching your exercises and doing it specially the ones for upper and lower abdominal. I had a relatively medium size abdominal both lower and upper. The progress is great and I just want to thank you very much for the benefits I had.
I 'am from Saudi Arabia and I like to update you from time to time about my progress.

Wow I-ve done a different 500 Rep before but the beginning half of this was killer I could feel my Abs engaging but also my quads were hurting too, my neck was sore and my arms too! This session works a bit of everything I had to pause 3 or 4 times but only for a moment and then I was right back at it. By the time I got to the hip dips my oblique muscles were really kicking in. ----Thank You so much----

These are a few seconds before the exercise actually starts to give you a chance to get set up. Hope this helps.

Man! I did this after 1000 skipping n 1000 stepping. N I'm like God forgive me for my decisions. N yes. Caroline the beast thank u so much for killing me everyday. N also I can feel my abs just in one workout. N they r on my neck--. N I'm still pretty chubby to get abs. Bt will get them one day. Till then keep slaying girl!

I decided to do this workout right after a hiit workout that crushed my quads. During the first 3 workout all i could think was how much my legs were burning, but from the 4rth exercise and on the burn on my abs took the reigns and changed my mind. Thank you for making quarantine more bearable!

I was doing the things faster than you so every time I would end one you would still doing it ans I was wondering if i eally did 50 reps lol so I would keep going with you

I really did not feel the burn like i should. i wonder if my stomach muscles are damaged due to pregnacy. Please share your thoughts on this
