Here we go. 30 min Full Body HIIT Workout at Home. It is that time of the week after all where we make sure our shoes are tied in a double knot. we have turned off the heating. and mentally prepared ourselves for a super intense session knowing that when we finish, we realise we enjoyed every single minute of it! - Today-s HIIT is 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds rest. No repeat! I know many of you love the no repeat so this is a treat! Ensure you have a bottle of water ready, you will also need a mat. Below are the exercises we will work through. just want to mention if find your don-t need the full 20 seconds rest, you need to work harder! --- Please change any of the following exercises to suit you on that day! PUSH UP BURPEE SQUAT TO TOE TAP KICK CURTSEY LUNGE JUMP CURTSEY LUNGE JUMP 180- TURN LUNGE JUMPS LUNGE TO CROSS BODY KNEE TUCK LUNGE TO CROSS BODY KNEE TUCK (Switch Side) SINGLE LEG JUMP TO REAR FOOT TAP SINGLE LEG JUMP TO REAR FOOT TAP (Switch Side) SQUATS ROLLING TO PUSH UPS PUSH UPS TO DONKEY KICK BICYCLES HOLLOW TO SIT UP TUCK V SIT BICYCLE SINGLE LEG WALK OUT TO PUSH UP SINGLE LEG WALK OUT TO PUSH UP (Switch Side) SINGLE LEG JUMP TO PLANK KNEE TUCK SINGLE LEG JUMP TO PLANK KNEE TUCK (Switch Side) STATIC LUNGE JUMP STATIC LUNGE JUMP (Switch Side) FWD & BK MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS HANDS OFF BURPEE W/ALT LUNGE JUMPS PUSH UP BURPEE W/2 SQUAT JUMPS ALT PLANK TO FLAT FOOT SWITCH ALTERNATING KICK THROUGHS TOE REACHES TOE CRUNCHES TUCK TO HOLLOW SQUAT JUMPS

Did this workout with two of my friends today and had so much fun! None of us is in shape so we were all struggling but continued to cheering each others up and pushing thru it! I always did Caroline's workout alone at home and this was the first time I was doing it with someone else in a shared place and it definitely felt so great (and so proud too, haha! Thank you Caroline!

i never thought there are different variations of jumping until i found your workout. lunge is already hard for me but you've added jumping now i cant feel my legs anymore. thank you for this workout this is my first time doing your workout that is not low impact I've enjoyed it so much what linda sun said is really true. you're workout really feels like just minutes.

Nice add on to day 8 of Epic 1! My arms were spent but I wanted to get a little more glow going and this was perfect! Loved it and got a solid workout even tho I kept it low impact.

Woah how did you get so fit and beable to exercise at speed lol - I can give this a go but I-d be dead at the end - maybe not good for the knees -
