Day 4 in the EPIC Program and it-s a full body workout session with dumbbells and bodyweight! This workout is going to challenge your control, core stability, balance and co-ordination and of course strength! For further information on this program including the full schedule, please make sure you download your FREE EPIC Guide on my website: You will simply need a pair of dumbbells, a wall and a mat! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 10kg each. The timer is for 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds to get ready for the next exercise. You should need this rest period! The workout is split into 3 main parts. LOWER BODY UPPER BODY MIXTURE! In between each exercise will be a staple exercise as follows: LOWER BODY: HIGH SQUATS UPPER BODY: MAKERS MIXTURE: WINDMILLS (dumbbell optional) I will show previews of these exercises in the introduction at beginning of video! Make sure to take it slow and be aware of any strain on lower back. Perform bodyweight if experience strain. Please ensure you warm up for at least 5 minutes prior to beginning. (See link below for my new warm up routine) This is definitely a tough one! Take it slow, controlled and focus on each movement individually!

The windmill was tougher than I thought. I had to decrease my weight considerably to do them with proper form. I ended up finishing this in 1 hr and 20 mins cause I had to take longer breaks in between some parts. But I still finished, I'm proud of myself! Thank you Caroline!

completed epic 1, 2 and heat, loved it. Completely got off the bandwagon for the last 4 months, starting again with epic 1. Epic 1 in my opinion is really tough, coming off doing epic heat this is long and really tests your stamina! as always Caroline, thank you so much

This is the first time in my life I did an hour long workout! But the fun part is it didn't even feel like one. Time just whizzed past. Thank you so much Caroline for these epic workouts. Don't know what did we all do to deserve someone like you!

Revisiting this one. Happy to have used 10kg each. Oh boy those man makers and front squats got a bit annoying after a while lol. Didn't do the windmills. Did my physio rehab exercises for some of them instead. Loved this work out.

Was contemplating my decision to start this workout in the first 5 minutes. Was about to give up but I became more and more motivated as I go on. To someone who is struggling and find it hard to continue, you can do it!

I started with the Epic Beginners this month, finally after procrastinating my health for a long time, and just finished this workout today, my body has never felt better! No matter the burn, it's all worth it!

Towards the end of the exercise, Caroline was getting tired, but I was able to continue at full speed. then, I remembered that she works with 10 kg, while i work with 3 kg. great woman: D

Just did this for the first time. Longest hour of my life. The program I've established has me doing this routine 3 more times in the coming weeks and I'm dreading it!
