i made it through! i still can't believe this is a beginner program. even when i was stronger in the past i think i would've still struggled through this series. and my triceps. my poor triceps. ouch >< caroline is one tough cookie she's so strong! i'm not really the type to do full workout programs as i like to do my own thing, i would like to come back to this series from time to time so i can get stronger i definitely will consider trying out her other series not in full but maybe break them up into chunks and sprinkle them here and there for myself. props to you caroline, loved beginner epic so much! creating more -beginner- (lol) series or ones with workouts around -30 minutes could be a great idea! loved this one, i definitely feel a bit stronger than i was when i started day 1. thank you! :)

Caroline, I greatly appreciate the organized layout of your videos. The set timer, the 3 seconds-to-go warning, the quick example video of the next workout and the completion percentage are so helpful. You offer a thorough exercise program that does not involve the extra work of counting sets, looking for music, trying to configure workouts that are body-balanced, etc. You remove all the excuses, all the things that make daily fitness a headache.
Rather than being competitive, you encourage in a way that makes me compete with my yesterday. Thank you for all your investment in these series. Your professionalism makes my everyday more doable.

I have to get over my fear of HIIT. it stems back to gym in middle school and feeling out of breath running back and forth from lign to lign and watching everybody else that are super fit and then there's chubby lil me struggling to run for a few minutes. I completed this workout and feel completely able to do whatever I put my mind to. I definitely still need lots of work but the fear of -I can't do this- needs to go -

Thank you for Beginners! I didn't think I could ever do this (I'm 63 years old) but with modifications, I'm really feeling stronger! I've done a few cycles of Beginners now but still struggle with deep squats (stiff ankles) and full push ups. Would you recommend another of your programmes to help me keep going or should I stick with Beginners until I can do the moves?

Wow this was a hard workout! I stopped jumping for the burpees halfway and then had to completely skip them around the 80% mark but I-m still proud of myself! I will definitely repeat the epic beginner series because I don-t feel ready for the full program yet but I already feel so much stronger after one week! (I wasn-t a complete beginner when I started)

I did the correct Day 5 EPIC workout I was aiming for this time (yesterday I accidentally selected the Day 5 EPIC HIIT workout instead of Beginner and did the whole thing before realizing my mistake - yikes. I think I'm ready for the next level, but thanks for always having these videos available if we have to do them again before working our way up!

This workout really kicked my butt in a good way! I was dripping in sweat halfway through this. I gotta say the last 3 burpees I couldn't do; instead, I did cobra pushups which were also hard! I can't wait to start the Epic 1 series! Thank you Caroline!

Day 5 done. Sweating sooo much. Im on the epic endgame series. But day 5 is too many burpees, so i came to the beginner day 5 instead. Cant imagine how sweatty i would have been if i did the other one ---
