Are you ready for EPIC HIIT. Let-s go! Grab those dumbbells for an intense full body burn! Every muscle will be on fire in this full body dumbbell high intensity session! All you will need for this HIIT workout is a pair of dumbbells, a mat and a wall for a couple of wall sits! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 6kg each! The timer will be on continuously for 30 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest. We will perform each exercise twice! There is a staple exercise performed once every 5th set. the squat to press! Try to use the drive from the legs and hips to drive those dumbbells overhead! Always look straight ahead and land without jolting. Every muscle, every muscle group, power, strength, co-ordination, balance and stamina are all tested, worked and strengthened in this 30 minute workout! I have no doubt you will all smash this one!

ive been on a cutting/get shredded journey, and i notice my energy levels arent quite what they used to be. But Yet, i know that i gotta continue to push through progressive overload challenges like this in order to reach the end goal. So, i tried to do this with my usual 30lbs as much as I could. Had to take more breaks and lower my weight from time to time, but Im happy to comment that this workout pushed me to the edge, and that you are one tough crazy lady (and kinda cute too lol)

I was curious as to why Caroline looks up while she squats press and then tried it myself and it made a whole difference. I was really struggling to squat because my knees and posture felt awkward staring at ahead while squatting. Look up fixed the posture and helped me focus on driving my legs! definitely recommend for anyone who was struggling like me and didnt know there was an easy fix by looking up ahead

I've been wanting to do this workout forever. Loved it! - Completely exhausted by the end. Dumbbell HIIT is always a favorite of mine! - My favorites were the staggered RDL to lunge, lunges with bicep curl hold, RDL to high pull, lat sweep to tricep ext and tricep pushup to side plank! The staple was superb and oh so tiring. Yet another great start to my Sunday! Thanks Caroline! -

I just did this workout for the first time. I am in quite good physical condition, but only bought weights this week. I do pushups but with weights I am just beginning. I have to 3kg weights. I think it's o. k, but they shouldn't be havier for the time beeing. Thanks a lot for your work and enthusiasm Caroline.

Wow what did just happened to me. It was a quick but effective workout. Living in a flat and only having time at 6 am this week to workout I was looking for something without jumping and I found this! Thank you Caroline for this burner HIIT!

I noticed that when I work out hard and my face goes red, my skin is like glowing the next day. Another reason to push hard! That was super taxing from a cardio standpoint. Thank you! 10 workouts left!

Thank you! I really like this format of training - it's HIIT but also with weights - I also appreciate this orange colour-theme, it brings some fierce mood in the workout! -
