15 minute bodyweight only explosive leg workout with combining isometrics and plyometrics! All you will need for this explosive workout is a chair and perhaps a mat for knees for any kneeling! Quality over quantity definitely applies here! This is not like a typical HIIT workout where you are performing as many reps as possible. more about holding as best and deep you can prior to exploding out of the iso hold! You then land as softly as possible straight into that hold again! The legs will feel fatigue! SQUAT HOLD TO JUMP KNEELING TO SQUAT JUMP (Modification Provided) CURTSEY ALTERNATING JUMPS LUNGE HOLD TO JUMP (same leg) LUNGE HOLD TO JUMP (switch leg) BULGARIAN LUNGE HOLD TO JUMP BULGARIAN LUNGE HOLD TO JUMP (opp) LUNGE HOLD TO ALT LUNGE JUMP RDL PAUSE TO KNEE DRIVE RDL PAUSE TO KNEE DRIVE (switch) SINGLE LEG BRIDGE PAUSE TO JUMP SINGLE LEG BRIDGE PAUSE TO JUMP TUCK JUMPS HIGH KNEES X 10 AT A TIME This was only 15 minutes but with explosive workouts, it-s about how explosive you can be and that shouldn-t be for a long period! Hii Caroline. I want to reduce my quads. I have pear shaped body. I am exercising from past 2 years. But I have not got desired lean legs. Pls help me out. Now I have started doing from your videos but I am unable to do every exercise involving jump. Will it be ok?

Tip for anyone who has bad knees. The rule don-t put your knee over your toes is a myth. Simply do things to make your knees stronger. You should be able to do knee over toes. Lookup atg squat and it will fix any knee problems

Finally did this! I paired it with the 15-min compound leg WO. - Then finished my Monday WO with the 20-min agile HIIT. - Now I can put my legs up for the day.

can you explain the bridge jump move. My attempt was pathetic at best. Your workouts, no matter how short the duration is always challenging
