10 minute full body dumbbell workout involving MAKERS! For those that have experienced the EPIC Program I know that many of you have loved these Makers so let-s go! The timer will be on for 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds rest! You should need that rest! All you will is a pair of dumbbells and a small area! The dumbbells I am using at 10kg each. Try to keep form throughout! Back flat and keep looking ahead during the squats and presses! TRICEP PUSH UPS Keep elbows in by sides MAKER ALTERNATING RENEGADE ROWS Open feet wider, kept legs and core so tight and try not to rock hips! MAKER PLANK TO CURL Ensure heels of feet are on floor and look straight ahead before curling! MAKER HIGH SQUATS MAKER PUSH PRESS Push through your heels to help drive dumbbells up! MAKER Treat each movement individually from the rows to the curls! Remember to make each 40 seconds as challenging as you can! Smash these 10 minutes!

First time doing this maker workout and I must say a great one. I can makers but using 10kg today and this 10minute session helped with me form and trialing a heavier weight. Not a fan of makers but they a full body exercise and I'll keep coming back to this one for sure - thank you Caroline

Caroline that was beyond insane girl. I stopped halfway buffing and puffing lol. I did it right after the 15min leg exercise. Next time I'll try and go all the way. Thank you -

I almost died. I increased my weights with this program and oh boy. Am I feeling it. Can't wait to see the results from the increased weight.

i think when you raising your arm with the weights is confuses me a little because it looks like some i need to raise at an angle?
