I loved this warmup. Did one of your 30 minute kettlebell workouts yesterday, and I woke up today with DOMS which I haven-t had in awhile. Wanted to do another kettlebell today, so I thought I-d do a longer warm up (I usually do one of your five minute ones. My body feels so relieved rn! Going to use your unwind video as a cool down today and tomorrow on rest day! Also going to start your EPIC I program which I-m excited for!

Hello Caroline (or someone else that can give me workout advice,
5 weeks from now I am going to a survival in norway. I have not began training yet. I really have to get stronger (and leaner to feel better. So how am I going to achieve this?
Does someone have advice for me to do this?

I'll start by saying I love these workouts, but I have a question about one of these warm up exercises. The squat one when you move your feet in 3 directions. it kills me! It makes me feel instantly sick. Anyone know why that would be? Weak hip flexes maybe?

Honestly it killed me when I did it. But unlike cardio I felt like doing it the next day because my body was not as soar as I imagined it would be the next day. I am genuinely shocked.
