Ready? Let-s begin! 20 minutes of high intensity work followed by 20 minutes of steady state cardio to really work entire body and burn a lot of energy! Every exercise is different so we can have a lot of fun not knowing what is coming! All you will need for this HIIT and low intensity cardio session is a mat and a bottle of water handy! The timer will be on for the HIIT 30 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest! The total time is 20 minutes! Try not to think about the low intensity cardio after. give this all you have! 3 POINT LOW SQUAT HOPS SQUAT WALK TO JUMPS BACK 1/2 BURPEE KICK THROUGHS CROUCH TO PUSH UP HOVER TO SQUAT 360- SQUATS 360- SQUATS (opposite) PUSH UP W/ ALT LEG/ARM LIFT SQUAT JUMP TO RLD LUNGE JUMP x 2 THEN SWITCH MOUNTAIN CLIMB x4 TO PUSH UP HOVER BURPEES SUPERMAN TO X PUSH UP DEAD LUNGE FOOT TAP TO KICK DEAD LUNGE FOOT TAP TO KICK (opp) BOTTOM HALF PUSH UPS SQUAT JUMPS TO CROSS FEET 1/2 SUMO SQUATS CURTSEY, SQUAT, JUMP, SWITCH FAST BURPEES ALT LUNGE JUMPS REVERSE PLANK TO ALT SIDE ROLL TO TRICEP PUSH UP HANDS TUCK TO EXTENSION PUSH UP BURPEES HIGH KNEES! We have 15 seconds before we change the tempo completely. sustainable and manageable pace as there is no specific rest period! 45 seconds of work for each exercise and straight onto the next exercise! I met you thanks to Linda Sun. After I had finished warm up I did this workout. I think warm up workout is easy and joyfull. But girl, this workout absoluetly killed me. During workout I wanting to die. Although this workout is hard for me but I did it! Now I feel energic and happy! Thanks for this, Caroline

The first time I did this workout was last year in July. Betwee this first time and today, I did Epic 2, Epic 3 and Epic Endgame.
To say it is easy now would be a lie! - But I wasn't on the floor almost dying afterwards, and I would say this is a success! -

EPIC completed last week, so ready to start another 10 weeks! My first 10 saw so much improvement to my form and confidence trying new moves, so I can-t wait to see where the next 10 take me. To whoever sees this, you got this!

Caroline I have done a ton of your workouts and I am doing Endgame now. I have to say this is one of my favorites! I use this as my active rest day workout. It never gets old. You are the Master!

Caroline I love how you paused in the middle of the workout to catch your breath! It teaches us that even the strongest and best like you needs to listen to their body.

Oh god! I did this, with really pausing only for atleast 10 seconds during 2-3 excersises! But I'm so proud I didn't gave up, this workout is still a challenge
