This was challenging but lots of fun. I found myself regretting my life choices when we got to the second group of Cobra pushups, but Caroline's smile and my music helped me push through.
Overall, I really appreciate how smoothly each exercise flowed into the next and I appreciated that we got to repeat exercises because it gave me an opportunity to experiment a bit with weight and my body placement.
Thanks so much for all of your efforts, Caroline! You are a star!

I remember the first time I tried to do a Side Lying Tricep Press. I couldn't lift myself off the floor. Literally, not even an inch! I couldn't even figure out how to place my hand on the floor to push my body up! -That day I thought -Maybe I don't have any triceps. - So today, a few months later, when that exercise came along and I performed it easily I proudly said to myself -Progress, once again! - -Thanks again, Caroline! Love your work! --

I had been following you for a while now and I love your workouts especially your strength training. I love the fact that you are recording your exercises and the videos are unedited, showing us that even you had to stop and take a breather. This makes it more realistic. Thank you for your workouts. During this pandemic, Caroline has shown that we don-t require to have the equipment to do an exercise it can be done just with dumbbells. I am a huge fan of Caroline finished EPIC I last week, now continues with EPIC II. Thank you, Caroline
