Constant burpee blast cardio workout for twenty minutes! Why burpees? Because they are a full body movement to improve strength, endurance and they are so versatile! And fun! This will be very different to the burpees I do during my high intensity sessions. slowed down so I can sustain the pace! No equipment needed, this is no repeat, every other exercise is a variation of my favourite bodyweight cardio and strength move; burpees! As with all of the low intensity cardio I do at home, there is no break so constant work at a steady pace! The timer will be on constantly for 45 seconds of work, straight into next exercise! The timer is just a guide so please don-t worry if it takes afew seconds to get into position! Go at YOUR OWN PACE! We all have different energy levels! Different cardio fitness levels! And different levels of experience of burpees! Hands only burpee Plank jacks Push up burpees Twist punch X2 lunge burpees Walk out to push up Single arm burpee Single arm burpee (switch) Downward dog to cobra X2 squat jump burpee Scissor jacks X10 Mountain climbers burpees Alt forward punches Double tuck burpee Alternating side planks Hands off burpee Butt kicks Single leg burpee Single leg burpee (switch) Cross jacks 1/2 burpee Skipping Squat walk burpee Kick thrus Plank walk burpees Close squat hip drive Burpee plank ladder (mat optional for elbows) A nice sweaty session combined with a short ab routine and a walk for me is a perfect day off from strength training!

Many breaks were needed. This was a ripper.
I fidn maintaining my fitness - especially cardio driven endurance - outside of EPIC really challenging.
Thanks so much for this workout, Caroline! Keeping me fit (ish) and humble over here: )
Much love from South Africa

Phew! Did this as it was the add on for Epic iii Day 29. Got it done with a lot of sweat - and I managed the1 leg Burpees that were impossible when I started Epic. You don't realise how much you've improved until you attempt some of the hardest moves again and smash it -

Loved that sweaty challenge! Never would I have guessed a year ago that I would be pushing play on a burpee cardio. by choice-. and total crush it! Idk that I really kept that in cardio state. but I tried to keep my HR as level as possible. Great workout Caroline!

I'm for the firs time proud of myself NOT because I burned a lot of calorie or worked on my six-pack. I'm proud because of the fact that I managed, that I am strong. Thank you Caroline for changing my mentality

You know how many times I searched -cardio- and skipped by this workout! Many! Well, today was NOT that day! :-) It wasn't pretty or perfect, but I did it! Thank you, Caroline! I conquered -burpee hell-!

I have been afraid of this cardio so I'm glad you tacked it to today's EPIC optional add on. I did it! The fear is gone and I feel great!

I always love short steady-state cardio. I completed the no-repeat glute and hamstring and the 10-minute ab along with this.

That was great. I didn-t see that is was no rest until the 45/0 came up. I was like, -oh boy here we go! -

Didn-t realize there were no breaks before I started. Super proud of making it to the end at 60 years of age.
