I was not a fan of this workout. I like a variety of movements when I workout. If you enjoy doing power cleans/hang cleans, and different variations of this movement, you will enjoy this workout. About 80% of this video included that type of movement. A little too repetitive for me

another great workout. I guess im getting in better shape over the last few weeks with your programs, its not as hard and i have more control with the kettlebell. Guess its time for the step up to heavier bell. awesome. Thanks for your hard work in putting these together.

Hi Caroline. Your workouts (have done 3 types so far) have all been awesome. Just started with kettle bells. 20 lbs. Your workout are fantastic. Had set and heart pumping. I hang I there all the way tot he end. Straight form. Thank you. J. D.

So get this. 5 minutes before this workout, I finished my 100 dual-kettlebell burpee session (swing to push press to push-up. After I did this, I feel like death.
Can-t air to do it again.

How do you avoid getting bruises on your forarms/top of wrists when doing the cleans? :( The kettle bell always bangs on the arms and always getting bruised.
