Awesome workout as usual, but I was staring at her leggings most of the time, such a gorgeous colour! Does anyone know what she is wearing in this workout?

That was super hard, length of time on each move was the killer for me, after 20 seconds legs like lead, something to work towards, thank you

whenever I perform ab workouts with that position, I feel some sort of tension and pain in my thighs. am I doing it wrong?
