15 Minute BURNING Biceps Workout / Dumbbells - Caroline Girvan

Trisets for the biceps! 5 variations of curls to target those biceps using trisets to truly make this a very intense session! This bicep workout is about using solely the biceps to lift and lower the dumbbells. and it-s going to tough! Holds, pulses, slow movements! A perfect intense workout short in duration and also to use as a finisher to a back session! All you need for this bicep intense session is a pair of dumbbells! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 8kg each. The timer will be on for 20 seconds each exercise set within the triset. The first and third set within the triset are the same; primarily full range, into pulse/hold, and then full range! Please remember, this workout is based on duration of one minute and shorter rest period than you may do normally so ensure you pause when you need to, including when you are not able to maintain correct form. I love all your workouts. I am about to turn 70 years old and made a commitment/challenge on my 69th Birthday to get in physical condition before my 70th. I have been working out EVERYDAY for the past 9 months for 1 1/2 to 2 hours a day mixing it up with various of your videos, cardio using the Oculus VR, rebounding and DB method. I feel I have made unbelievable progress with the exception of the triceps, can't seem to get rid of the mud flaps or the crepe skin but I keep trying. You keep me motivated!

Caroline is my role model. I have always been relatively fit and active but never at her level. We are a lot alike but she's kicking my behind with her level of fitness. Because she is more dedicated. But I'm getting there.

Did this workout this morning and came to a very funny conclusion: I am so much stronger on my left arm than on the right one, although I am right handed! - Gonna get back to this routine for sure to check for evolution. -

You're an inspiration Caroline! Just did this exercise in my office, during a work break. Used a resistance band since I keep one in my office. Wow! Felt incredible. Thanks for all your help with my strength training.

I've been following you for a year now lost 40 pounds turn 66 year on Feb 6. I feel good. Went from a 3X to a X-large. Doesn't matter how old you are just start.

Props to this beautiful woman for motivating me to get in shape. Great workout went to get a drink after I was done and almost threw it in my face.
