Halfway point EMOM HIIT! High intensity EMOM Workout! Cardio! Bodyweight resistance! Endurance! Power! Core strength! Muscular endurance! Coordination! 30 minutes of fun! All you will need for this challenge is your mat and a bottle of water handy and a full body warm up prior! EMOM is basically Every Minute on The Minute! You aim to complete a certain amount of reps of various exercises within a minute timescale! Trying to complete as quick as possible to enjoy some rest before going again! Below is a breakdown of the exercises and suggested reps however as you can see there are rep alternatives for the last exercise in each trio! This is a suggestion so if course you can reduce numbers where you need to! ALTERNATING REAR STEP LUNGES x10 BURPEES x10 (no jumping alternative provided) TRICEP PUSH UPS x10 (or x5) HAND TOUCH SQUATS x10 KICK THRUS x10 PUSH UP PULSES x20 (or x10) SQUAT TO RAINBOW KICK x10 HOT HANDS x10 DEADSTOP PUSH UPS x10 (or x5) Finisher: 1 x minute push up to alternating lunge jump burpees! Of course simply perform step back into plank burpees if preferring a low impact option! This shouldn-t be easy. This should be challenging! Please remember this if you doubt yourself doing this. But most importantly. it should be fun! This highlights why I usually only do HIIT once per week! I really am able to give maximum effort! Try to complete as many reps as you can with good form and control! Half way for all of us on the EPIC Heat journey! Congratulations! You are incredible for demonstrating so much dedication, focus, drive and determination! I planned this workout carefully with the aim of a challenge yet fun so

I wanted to give up. Every single set later i wanted to stop and close the video and go to bed. Then i told myself just one more. just one more. I did a few of my own alt exercises which were easier but similar. I didnt want to take rest because i was afraid if i stopped i'd skip it altogether and really go to sleep. BUT I COMPLETED THIS! It's just unbelieveable how much i had to push myself throughput these 31 mins.

I'm pretty sure I saw the pearly gates at least 3 times during this workout. I am grateful that the pause button allowed me to place my heart back in my chest. Whew that was something! Oddly enough, I want to do it again in a couple weeks just to see if I can complete it without pausing. Thanks caroline

I started with epic beginners in November and could barely last 5 minutes, since I've been working my way through the programmes, and I can't believe the progress, yes this damn near killed me, and I definitely had to drop reps, but thank you so much caroline, you have truly changed my life!

This was by the one of THE best EMOM workouts I-ve ever done! Caroline continues to impress me with her programs and I am forever changed because of them. I will need at least 30 minutes of recovery after this so I can remember what reality I-m in.

I can-t believe I finished this. Im covered in sweat and really happy I pushed through. This is by far my the hardest hitt workout I-ve ever done. Im so glad my friend introduced me to Caroline.

I had to take a break and drink water and rest at least 5x every set cuz I'd definitely die from dehydration and suffocation. Lmao. My sweat's going in my eyes and it's salty af

I really didn't think I could finish, but I made a decision to tough it out, and I got it done. It was very gratifying to know I survived one of the toughest workouts ever!

That was really hard was out of breath most of the time so reduced the no to match my stamina and so that I could get a break

Did this in week 7 (was sick on the scheduled day. Even doing it later in the schedule, it was difficult. HIIT just ends me.
