Ok, I know I'm going to die but let's do this. I don't know how she does a whole program like this, so fast. I completed this one in maybe 3 weeks and a half, because I end up so sore after each session, even though I only use half, maybe less, of the weight she uses. But it's so challenging and rewarding after you do it. I'm actually starting to see awesome results. Thank you so much Caroline.

This is the best cardio workout I-ve done! I have been working out with you for about two years and while I was pregnant with my twins and all I can say is that these workouts have made me feel stronger and happier! These workouts have helped me tremendously with postpartum depression too. I cannot thank you enough Caroline Girvan.

Despite doing Caroline-s workouts consistently for a little over a year, this workout was about showing up for me. Wasn-t really feeling it. Did about 50% and laird down and watched her sweat it out lol. Still proud of myself for showing up. Tomorrow I start circuit series and I-m excited!

OMG that was tough. I don-t have 6s so started with 8s- - I moved to my 4s for the lunge hold lateral raise thingies, but by the time the push up side planks came along I was beaten so went back to the 4s for the last 2 exercises- that was definitely worthwhile anyway!

Yay another series done- this was my fav i think- i loved these workouts they were challenging and my arms felt dead for about 4 days this week but it was sooo good i loved the format of beastmode. Thanks again Caroline

Untouchable, wow, amazing. i had to do the last 2 x moved for. Squats and press straight press-ups. wow my arms and legs are ouch.

Omg, this is really BEAST! I just feel like I let out the beast inside ME! Weights I used were 10lbs. Very challenging, but very fun! Thank you a ton Caroline!

A sunday without Caroline's HIIT is not a complete day for me. Loved this one! The weights made it even more challenging and time flew by easily! Loved it!
