HIIT here we go! Day 5 of 50 and it-s time to challenge our bodies in a different way! High intensity, bodyweight only and 30 minutes! We-ve got this! High intensity interval training to get you very sweaty, your heart rate up and leave you feeling so alive and happy! The timer will be on for 30 seconds of work with 15 seconds rest inbetween! Each exercise will be performed for 2 sets! If it is single side work such as a lunge, this may be performed for 2 sets all on same side, then next 2 sets all on opposite side! It will all appear clearly on the screen so don-t worry! There is a staple exercise in today-s sweaty session! This pair will appear every 4 sets and 8 times in total! So you can count as you go so you know once you hit 8th set, it-s cool down after! You will simply need your mat, a towel and a bottle of water nearby! I also use a fan but I-m still dripping after! HAND TO FLOOR BURPEES HAND TO FLOOR BURPEES CHEST TO FLOOR BURPEES CHEST TO FLOOR BURPEES STAPLE! 1/2 REP BURPEES! SQUAT JUMPS SQUAT JUMPS SUMO HAND TOUCH SQUATS SUMO HAND TOUCH SQUATS STAPLE! 1/2 REP BURPEES! PUSH UPS W/ ARM REACH (one side) SWITCH SIDE! PUSH UP BURPEES PUSH UP BURPEES STAPLE! 1/2 REP BURPEES! LUNGE TO LEAN HAND TAP SAME SIDE! SWITCH SIDE! SAME SIDE! STAPLE! 1/2 REP BURPEES! SPRAWL SPRAWL WALK OUT TO TRICEP PUSH UP WALK OUT TO TRICEP PUSH UP STAPLE! 1/2 REP BURPEES! CROSS BODY MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS CROSS BODY MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS KNEE TUCK TO EXTEND KNEE TUCK TO EXTEND STAPLE! 1/2 REP BURPEES! ALTERNATING LUNGE JUMPS ALTERNATING LUNGE JUMPS SHOULDER TAPS SHOULDER TAPS STAPLE! 1/2 REP BURPEES! SQUAT TO LOW KNEE TUCK (one side) SAME SIDE! SWITCH SIDE! SAME SIDE! STAPLE! 1/2 REP BURPEES! 30 minutes of pure fun and fast pace! Fast pace that is YOUR fast pace! All of the exercises are straight forward but it-s the pace that is challenging and it should challenge you! You will finish that last 1/2 burpee giving it your all! This will be week 1 complete! i looked at the format and exercises of the workout and i was like there's no way i can do this, I'd be dead halfway. 40 min later (yes i took extra breaks) and here i am sitting sweaty on my mat even though it's soooo cold here, feeling hell accomplished and strong. i didn't modify a single exercise, took a little bit more rest before the 1/2 burpees and went all in during those! Caroline's workouts never fail to amaze me, and I'm so grateful to her that she's providing these, special gratitude from broke teens with a busy schedule like me hehe xx

Out of breath, however, did my greatest during finisher half burpees! How I loved those lunge to single leg rdl, my upper glute muscles aresore ever since till today. And thank you for the amazing intro! So true about that high intensity is different for each and one of us, so logical. Serious eye opener for me, I had the feeling about that but could never put it into words- thank you Caroline ----- super challenging workout, super motivation g intro---

half way through and already want to give up.
edited: I COMPLETED FIRST WEEK! seen few changes during this week. I don't bloat as much I used to, my thighs have got stronger. I hope to stay consistent and complete this challenge. I haven't been able to stay consistent at all. Hope for the best. And also I haven't change my diet, brown household be making delicious foods everyday.

Hello! Thank you so much for this workout! It was really hard, nice and fynny! I would like to ask how many calories does it burn. ( 100% correctly, high intense ) I know that -calories burnout- is multifactoral, depending on many things. and I agree, that -its just a number! Although. I would like to know. [160cm // 50kgr]

This workout really was challenging yet amazing. Loved every single second of it, by pushing myself I can see that my body is capable of doing a lot of things I didn't know I could do. So grateful for all the workouts you let us do with you Caroline! Week one of EPIC 3 complete, LETS GO!

WOW I have never felt sick during a workout! But you obviously motivated me to push it right to the edge! Thank you! The music helps, especially when it syncs up with the timing of the moves - Yaaaas Caroline - You're the best!

Oh dear. I finally done this. what took you 35 minutes it looks me 1 hour. I had to pause many times in between. but I did it. Awesome and thank you.
