A full body workout involving my favourite timing programming; complexes! Perfect form, smooth movements and focus on every single rep to challenge every major muscle group in your body to promote those muscles to grow! Each complex will be 3 minutes duration each with 30 seconds in between each! Every single exercise will be performed for 10 reps in total! There are only 2 exercises per complex! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 15kg and 8kg! CHEST PRESSDIAMOND PRESS RDLSQUATS RENEGADE ROW PUSH UPS REAR STEP LUNGE SWITCH SIDE! SHOULDER PRESS DIAGONAL RAISES STAGGERED RDL STAGGERED SQUAT STAGGERED RDL STAGGERED SQUAT FLYES SKULLCRUSHERS CURTSEY LUNGES SWITCH SIDE! SUPINE ROW HAMMER CURLS SQUAT TO PRESS CLOSE SQUATS Within the first 2 minutes, your arms and chest will be burning! But remember it-s only 3 minutes then it is onto lower body! Let-s have some fun with this one!

Omg Caroline wasn't messing around with this workout! After completing Epic 1 and 2 epic 3 so far is the hardest. mainly because I can see Caroline upping her weights and so she spurs me on to up mine. I tried chest presses with 16kg (don't have 15) and quickly dropped to 12 -. Managed 16kg with squats (at a slower pace) and rdls. 9. 5kg for flyes and skull crusher's, hammer curls and squat to press. Had to use 5kg for the raises. I'm toast! Excited to see where this program takes me. Thanks Caroline - - x

Thank you, Caroline! This workout was easy and nice to follow because the moves were all familiar and I could focus on the proper form and counting reps, without having to look at the screen. It was quite demanding but it wasn't as tough as some your previous workouts because you were alternating the upper and the lower body, so I really enjoyed doing it!

So I started epic 3 on april 11th and I love it. Today I completed day 4 and I am really proud of myself, even though the toughest moves I smiled because I pushed myself to doing more before resting. It was also comforting to see caroline herself took secs breaks ---.

Accomplishing day 4 makes me feel so happy and strong. Day 1 and 2 I felt like puking halfway through, but I didn't give up. Day 4 was challenging but I feel stronger. Thanks PT Caroline: )

I never thought that just 45 mins would be melting me! I have been doing all the programs (including the one that last for an hour) and this really made me sweat lol
