TORCHED Triceps & Chest Workout - Dumbbells - EPIC Endgame Day 6 - Caroline Girvan

A chest & tricep workout, with a lot of focus equally split between the chest & triceps today! The staple will be targeting the triceps and it will appear 5 times in total and each set will be the same as all sets, the 1 minute of work! We will take this staple SLOW! Aiming for good depth on lowering of the dumbbell! Keep knees soft, hips pushed forward to prevent arching of lower back & try to refrain from straining your head forward- try to relax into it and only go so low as is comfortable for you! The timer will be on for 60 seconds of work, with 30 se seconds rest in between each exercise! All you will need for this workout is dumbbells and your mat! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 15kg and 9kg! CHEST PRESS X3 STAPLE OVERHEAD TRICEP EXTENSION DIAMOND PRESS x2 dumbbells DIAMOND PRESS x1 dumbbell PUSH UPS DEADSTOP PUSH UPS STAPLE OVERHEAD TRICEP EXTENSION FLYES ALTERNATING FLYES TRICEP PUSH UPS DEADSTOP PUSH UPS STAPLE OVERHEAD TRICEP EXTENSION SKULLCRUSHERS x2 dumbbells SKULLCRUSHERS x1 dumbbell SKULLCRUSHER PUSH UPS DIAMOND PUSH UPS STAPLE OVERHEAD TRICEP EXTENSION SHOULDER CRUSHERS LYING OVERHEAD EXTENSION COBRA PUSH UP DIAMOND COBRA PUSH UP STAPLE OVERHEAD TRICEP EXTENSION FINISHER! 100 x TRICEP PRESS --- When I finished, I actually said that my triceps were torched! And I loved that finisher!

I can't do regular pushups, any tips? Whenever I try to do a regular push up, I end up doing a cobra, then lift my hips. When going downwards, my lower body just drops to the ground. I can do cobra pushups and other cobra variations. I also can't plank properly so maybe this is why.

I'm done! I must admit the upper body workouts are some of my favorites. I'll admit I toggle between 4 different weights on this one and yes those front delts are on Fiyah! And yes I still got to get better at those Diamond pushup. Great Job. Thanks Caroline

Awesome workout! My arms are jello lol. The moves got more and more difficult as my muscles burned out, and the finisher was brutal! I went from 12 lbs for a few reps to 10 lbs. Then I got to 50 reps and had to bump down again to 8 lbs. But I did all 100!

For the first time i completed a finisher! My dumbbells are only 2 kg each. But still. I am so happy rn--

Second time for me on this one and managed the full 100 finisher this time! Amazing how much strength can be built following along with Caroline. Love it! Thank you amazing lady -

Wow. I can't even get close to using the weights that Caroline uses, but I completed the workout with my own weights. Very proud of myself. Hard workout!

Day 6 done. My arms are falling off. Used 7, 5 and 2, 5 kg. Maybe i did something wrong in the beginning. Didnt notice the 1 and 2 dumbells right away

I just started the program. Just finished day 6 and it's 9 am and I can't use my arms. But loving it - thanks Caroline you are magic pure magic.

After the workout I feel like my tricep is in the exact size of Schwarzenegger's tricep. i couldn't lift my bottle of water
