I felt really strong this time around. I was able to really learn a lot about form and focus during this one. So good. This is helping me rehab my whole body. I like the 30 seconds of rest. It helps me slow down inside so I don't feel so hurried about it all. I used 30s for the double dumbbell work and a 40 for the single.

Another great workout! Your workouts are quickly becoming my favorite part of the day. I love the challenge and the accomplished feelling afterwards makes all the pain sooo worth it lol. Even though idk if i can get up off this mat right now - can't wait for tomorrow!

I think you are killing me! lol. So hard at times but fully completed and dripping in sweat. Love this program and just so motivated to keep going. Thank you for this really feel like I-m being pushed. Feeling so much stronger as well. -

I can't believe I can do these workouts. I'm stunned by how much stronger I've gotten after Epic I. I went into this almost right after finishing your first program and I'm loving it. The challenge is so good!

Really enjoying this Endgame format. Longer time periods so I can take my time to get correct form. Can still definitely feel the burn and get my hr up.

Day 7 done. Was 13 reps behind on the finisher. Used 6 and 8 kg. Could have gone heavier. Feeling stronger, more focused and like im pushing more.

Annoyed that I couldn-t do the 100 rep finisher because of a weird behind the knee cramp ) but I loved/hated this workout.
