Full Body Workout 15 mins Fat Burning At Home Workout Cappadocia Schay: This was INTENSE I'm surprised I made it through even half of it. I was literally dying HAHA. I could barely stand afterwards, but I did it haha. I can still definitely feel it in my core and all around my thighs. Great workout Love it Will be doing this daily. Thank you for this. hi chloe im relatively tall(170cm) and i realised that everytime i do squats my knees go forward more than my toes. however in many squat videos that ive seen, many people that the knees should not potrude over your toes. does that mean that im doing squats wrong, or is it normal since im taller?

I'd love to see another workout like your beginner HIIT workout that was the first episode of your summer body series, that workout has really worked for me but I know I need to change it up (and this one is a little too intense for me just yet, I'm aiming to work up to it though)

I did your other workouts back in July and honestly saw amazing results but sadly I stopped after I came back from camping early August and lost everything but now I'm going to start fresh and do this workout: D Hopefully I'll get some good results by my birthday in October: D

This felt quicker than it was. xD I like this video And I just have to say, your body looks extra fierce in this video I'm the same height as you so I hope my body can look similar in a couple months. Btw, the Turkey scenery is breathtaking It reminds me of Arizona.

Chloe what exercises are good for lower back fat I'm not sure what that part is called like your back that would be the same area of your belly button if that makes sense I'm thin but I store fat there a lot
