ChloeCan you make a series for different body types? What I mean is, can you make multiple videos about a specific workout routine that benefits different body types (spoon, rectangle, hourglass, etc. body shape? I heard that depending on your body type/shape, the things you eat and the exercises you do can affect you. I think everyone would LOVE it if you made a series on this and it would benefit us a lot.

I'm not new at working out, but I've always felt like one round is enough. I've been watching your videos for two years now and even though I see lots of people in the comments telling how many rounds they did of this, I tell myself I don't need to push cause I workout ten minutes every day. Your videos always make me feel nice and confident - Thank you, keep the hard work

I am new at this completely so I'm dying with one set haha but I was curious when I should start adding another set. I don't wanna end up going to fast and end up hurting my body more than helping it. (only done this for a week with no prior exercise ever because I was lazy xD) but I'm definitely getting very squishy now haha and I need help

When I finished i was like yeah i did it but then she said that it was good to do more sets and then i realised what i did was not for that much, so if you're wondering, no. I'm not doing this again anyways i did this today because i did in the morning my exercises but then i ate MANY junk food so yeah(Srry for bad english)

I attempted many plans before but to no avail, however this vertical jump training takom fetching network (G0OGLE it) was different. Fourteen days ago I can only touch the rim and it was disturbing. My buddies are really surprised regarding how I could now dunk in just a short time.

Hey, I have a really big question I have very bulky leg muscles, but have a lot of fat to get rid of in the inner thighs, but if I do a thighs based work out, it will make my thighs even biggerIs there any exercise in particular to reduce muscles bulkiness and fat?

I did this in the morning before breakfast. Really good if you want to get a workout in morning before you do anything. I can now add this to my to my workout routine. I usually work out in the afternoon so this is really good to help me wakeup. Thanks for the workout

Love this video, will work up to a full rep. (Killing me at the end) and then work up to multiples. I love a quiet workout because I want to work out at night before my shower and this is perfect to keeping my family from waking g up, thanks
