My progress Background of me: 52 weigh 113-115 pounds. Day 1 Felt really easy. Couldnt do when u had us go into a push up position and hold it so I did a plank instead (7: 13) Day 2Felt easy but after we did the 1st workout I did feel a burn. And still could not do the push up thing. Dont notice a difference yet Day 3 Did not do it today. Family stuff Day 4 My arms do look a tiny bit different. By the way I am doing this 2-3 times a day Day 5 Did not do again sadly packing up Im moving. Arms look a bit slimmer but I can see muscle definition Day 6 I felt the burn today My arms do look slimmer but when I flex my arm I see a deep line going down. So when I flex I am pushing my arm down. Have ur arm by your side, and push it back. Make sure you dont pull a muscle. I fell stronger

Today was my first day doing this. My muscles especially my left arm musclr hurts and I feel it hot. I did not find it very difficult but I am of course tired. See you tomorrow. I don't see any cahnges from yesterday but that's normal so I will keep going. Day 8Today was soooo difficult. I felt like I couldn't move my arm muscles and it was painful. Omg crab walks yess that brought back memories because i remember in 5th grade our gym teacher made us play crab walk soccer and its basicly playing soccer while doing crab walks and omg it was so fun Also could you make a workout that doesnt involve applying pressure to your wrists? When i do workouts it always leave my wrists sore for a while or is that normal?

Here's a tip: if the hover thing is too hard, try doing it on your knees, lower your arms, and just hold yourself there. Don't bother with hovering left to right if you can't do it. If some of the other exercises such as the crabwalk, walking plank, and arm circles are too easy, try doing switching directions. It gets a lot harder after that

i'm disabled but love working out - i modify what i have to and follow most of your videos and its so awesome to have come across workouts that aren't ppl saying after two crunches 'll be sore tomorrow like bro, if that makes you sore, i'm fitter than you and i can't walk without limping. love your vids

The Hover move is killer while being hard to go on a proper tricep plank at the same time. The Tricep Leanback looks super easy but NAH, especially after all the previous moves. (btw i love how refreshing your workouts are there are moves i've never seen nor done before)

It gets easier after a while. But I definitely do see improvement in my arms. I started this when I was trying to get back into shape. Its been 1 month and Im glad to say this was a good first step to toning my arms. (I do other arm workouts now since this is easier)

Thanks for the workout It's definitely my favourite arm workout: ) but i have a suggestion, please don't be that negative or pessimistic while making a video. It gets quite annoying when I'm dying 10 minutes in and you keep saying that it's a very hard exercise

yeah i'd rather do ten push ups than that excersise at 7: 21 lol, however, it was a great video, first time seeing it, first time working out focusing on my arms. i'll dedicate Tuesdays and Thursdays to arms with this simple routine, great job

Is it just me or this workout wasnt too hard She said this was really hard for her but lol maybe Im doing it wrong oh I need toned arms and abs so hard tho does anyone have any short 15 ish minute workout videos on abs or arms? HELP ME PLEASE
