Hi Chloe I love all of your workout videos. I'm starting this new lifestyle and I have a few questions. I hope you can answer me: ) Do you search for your recipes? How do you know so much about heatlhy food? And, do you keep something like a diary? Like, what days you worked out, what you ate, stuffs like that. I really love your work on here, thanks for making these videos: )

hi chloe just a question i am doing gym exercises for a while now but I am a bit hesitant on increasing my weights for some of the exercises? like for arm curls and calf raises since I am scared they might get bulkier. Can you give me an advice on this or what exercises should I always aim to increase weights. Thank you.

I started working out and beginning to eat better (sometimes I will eat bad) but it's definitely better than I have before. How long do you think it will take for me to lose weight? I weigh 160 and want to weight between 130-140. Also you give me so much inspiration I did a couple of your workouts so far and they're great

Why do they say u cant spot reduce, but u can spot grow? If u focus on growing a muscle group like glutes, they'll grow. But not reduce? Thats not true. If use your lifting to burn then you will. It all works w/proper diet for bulking and cutting. If i focus on my Lats, w enough reps and correct weight they will reduce.

I tried intermediate fasting i didnt lose weight nor gain it. But i had a bad mental state i always thought i need to eat now i wont eat later but then i would continue to eat even later on. So i gained so much weight and my diet was disturbed after i stopped (i did it for 2 months tho i cheated a bit but it was ok)

Thanks Chloe for being an awesome role model by being body positive and emphasising it's ok to have body imperfections and encouraging us to embrace our body type. We need more body-positive role models like you out there (rather than obsessive dieters/exercisers teaching people how to get an eating disorder)

I've pretty much always been overweight (not to a point where it affects my health, but it hurts my confidence) and honestly videos like this are a treasure. You're specific and explain things that so many people don't bother to explain, so thank you
