I need some advice. I'm 12 and have a very round body I'm not too fat or skinny and I've got this big problem with losing weight. It's kind of like I can do a workout but whenever I eat something it comes back. And the thing is I can't really do a diet. My mom at home tells me I'm growing and I can't just do that, that a diet isn't for someone young like you. Last year I started working out at home, drank more water and tried to eat whatever was at home but in small portions. On 2019 summer holidays I put on weight because of eating sweets and all and now I'm back to school and want to continue to workout but I just want to find a person who can relate to my problem and can give me some advice. I kind of lost motivation

I totally love the workouts, however I must note that even though these results are amazing, I am personally not a fan of taking a ' before ' picture while being bloated / in the end of the day when naturally there's more blood in your muscles hence you look bigger. The end pictures, on the other hand, are most probably taken after the toilet/before eating anything so that you look even slimmer. I just find it not very realistic, but the workouts are great and I thoroughly enjoy them: )

hi chloe im very interested in starting your program BUT im not sure which of the challenges i should do could you make a video to recommend what workouts are best to achieve a specific body goal? for example, i want to become toned with a flat belly, but i dont want to lose muscle in other areas (aka im trying to grow a butt) so im not sure which workout would be best for me thank you

my starting (before doing your hourglass program) measurements are almost the same as you (25. 5 waist, 21 thigh, 26 hips) my other stats are that im 59 and 145 putting me at about a 21 bmi with 19. 9% body fat (just got it checked) i know these are a lot of numbers but if anyone wants me to update this comment i can: ) good luck to all of you amazing people

ive been doing the 2 week abs challenge and all i wanna say is, if i have a flat stomach in the first place I would already be seeing clear 11 lines on my stomach: ) in reality i have a large belly and it takes me longer, but its ok Ill try my best, somehow Im finding some moves slightly harder than before and some easier?

If you want to lose weight, I recommend stop eating foods that contain more than 1 gram of sugar per 100 grams of the food that your eating. I did this and I got rid of my sugar addiction _and_ I lost weight Also, don't eat too much candy. Candy such as one mini Mars already contain more than 11 grams of sugar

Im a short gal with a short turso. I mean obviously but just the proportion of my body. So Im that type of person that if I ate a bowl of something itll literally show an immediate increase in my waist. Also, if I gain weight itll be like only on my upper body. So its kinda hard for me to achieve such a goal

Yikes I just measured myself after avoiding it for that past 5 months (I've been stressed and depressed) since I haven't been exercising and basically just snacking all the time. I've put on so much weight so it's time I better shape up and get to exercising and healthier lifestyle This motivates me.
