Congratulations on your new gym and thank you so much for all of your quality videos. I've watched all of them and l'm implementing a lot of what I learned in my own personal workouts. I'm slowly progressing. I'm 50 years old and 64kgs and suspect have a height similar to yours (around 173cm. I'd love to know where I can get a tank top like the one's you wear in your videos.

Here in SW FL, USA I grow Papaya (+ fruit trees & veggie garden. Papayas are sooo-nutritious & tasty, especially chilled, that they should be mentioned more. Easy & fast growing, so in a few months, you'll have this powerhouse fruit, too. Just buy a store-bought one to get their seeds (who are edible, too, plant them, and soon enjoy!
Now, about avocados, mangos, mandarins, loquats, nasturtiums. :-) Folks, please DO spend time growing an orchard & garden! You'll be so-glad!

Thanks man! I was about to order some food and remembered I had rice cakes, powder peanut butter and some no-sugar / fake sugar jelly. 4 of these were only 270 cals total and filling as well! Tasty too! I think people go the wrong way on calorie deficit by just cutting the normal food they already eat, instead of incorporating high satiety foods such as the ones you mentioned in this video. Also - Remember to drink a LOT of water while eating! Thanks again!

Guys. lost a lot of fat does not need to be hard (I used to think it did. I'll give you some tips now. Get a popular lose weight methods called Okibetonic Secrets (just google it. I have gotten my body fat down a decent amount but I would say I'm still around 23 percent body fat. My goal is around 15 percent. These past 2 or 3 weeks I have just lost control of eating habits and have been pounding fast food and sweets, Its partly the hunger and satiety it's getting the better of me x. x
