I work 10 hour days and drive a lot for my job, so fitting a routine (much less having energy for it) its so so tough. MadFit you are a genius, a life saver, I swear you can see me through the screen! You always know what to say! Thanks so much for sharing your talents! Im dying but about to do it again!

I don't have a mat so I made the abs directly on the tile floor. When I started the second round of abs I had so much sweat on my back that everytime it sounded like a massive fart. I know it is not the nicest comment, but boy surely it made me sweat.

Just did 1 round of this and i'm dripping haha! Tysm for this, and ive been loving your most recent ab workout too, my abs the next day were sore! Did two rounds and my muscles are dying going to replenish with a big bowl of oats

i watched it without sound and when you said 3 sets you showed 4 fingers ( 00: 35 ) so I was really confused and really happy when we switched to circut number 2 after just 3 sets: D love you Maddie!

Been really enjoying these high intensity workouts! Would love to see a longer 30 minute session video or just more of these in general since I have been doing them so much lately!
