I really love all your workouts, Maddie! this one was tough and a bit fast (eg side crunches with pulse lifts) and at least for me could use a bit more guidance / tips for avoiding back injuries (eg last move can be challenging to start in a real or proper plank and then keeping your hips aligned and back leg straight while lifting). one suggestion for your vids if possible is to provide some of those helpful tips for different body types / levels as you're going through each of the moves. thanks!

Girl, these workout made my butt appear out of thin air! When I first tried your videos, they were very difficult and I could not keep up. I started with small and extremely easy to do workouts until my body was finally in a state where I could come back and try again. These butt kicking workouts seriously gave me results in less than a month! I look amazing! Thank you for compiling together this plan for all of us beginnners!

I used to have abs and a toned butt when I was a gymnast, but stopped exercising due to an injury. Now I'm slightly overweight and wanted to come back to exercise to improve my health, and to my surprise was actually able to do most of the things in this video. I'm excited to stick to this daily in the quarantine to keep my mental and physical wellbeing up and get back to my gymnast body!

Gonna start doing this every morning! I use to work in an assisted living home and I called it my gym. Lol. Now that Im not lifting residents or walking as much (I would typically get 15-20, 000 steps in for an 8 how shift easy) I feel like Im going downhill with my body. Ive put on a few pounds and I want my abs back! The booty will be a plus too! Haha.

Hello Maddie I hope you'll see this comment, I have a problem with lunges as it seems I have close to no balance I can't even so a correct lunge. so I really struggled with workouts, could you please do a workout that doesn't require too much balance or maybe show us a video where we can perfect all lunges and fix out balance? That'd be peachy

madfit - Thank you for all your brief and effective exercises! I have been fit for most of my life, but after 3 kids and almost 40, I need some help. Your exercises are short enough that I can mentally and physically commit to them. I love that I can do them without any equipment. 15 lbs. to go!

loved it. instructions were very clear and easy to follow, as was the demonstrations and the pace was enough to get a decent work but also manageable to follow to allow time to understand instructions and get your technique correct. new fan
